Osum.com
Launch traffic got clearer follow-up.
Osum is a SaaS market research tool. The launch email problem was simple: new and high-intent visitors needed to understand the product value quickly before they drifted.
The problem.
A market research tool can sound useful and still feel abstract. The emails had to make Osum feel concrete: what the user could learn, why that mattered, and why coming back was worth it.
The welcome emails.
The welcome path had to do more than greet people. It needed to turn first curiosity into product understanding: what Osum helps with, when to use it, and what kind of decision it makes easier.
The cart recovery emails.
The cart abandonment path focused on intent recovery. The user had already shown interest, so the copy had to reduce hesitation, restate the value, and make the next action feel obvious.
What shipped.
I worked on the launch welcome emails and cart abandonment emails, with copy built around clearer product value, buyer intent, and the moment where a user needed one more reason to continue.
